Troye Sivan’s “Youth,” Mike Posner’s “I Took A Pill In Ibiza” Reach Pop Radio’s Top 70

If major pop radio success is to come for Troye Sivan’s “Youth” and Mike Posner’s “I Took A Pill In Ibiza,” it will come in 2016.

The two songs are already, however, beginning to gain traction. Both were among the pop format’s 70-most-played songs during the December 13-19 tracking week.

Spun 167 times during the tracking week, “Youth” ranks as the Mediabase pop panel’s #67 song. It was not even in the Top 100 last week.

A weekly spin count of 157 earns “Pill” a #70 ranking. It, too, was outside the previous week’s Top 100.
