Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” Reaches #1 at Pop Radio

While Mediabase will not adhere to a full publication protocol in conjunction with the December 13-19 and December 20-26 tracking weeks, it is still posting weekly airplay charts.

This week’s pop airplay chart features Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” at #1.

Spun approximately ~19,199 times during the December 13-19 tracking week (+1,378), “Sorry” becomes Bieber’s second weekly #1 at pop radio. Previous single “What Do You Mean?” reached the chart’s apex earlier this fall.

“Sorry” seizes the pop radio throne from Adele’s “Hello,” which slips to #2 this week. It received ~18,639 tracking week spins (-255).

Selena Gomez’ “Same Old Love” follows at #3 with ~17,489 weekly spins (+1,131), while Alessia Cara’s “Here” (#4, = | ~14,991, +1,482) and Ellie Goulding’s “On My Mind” (#5, = | ~14,099, +633) again complete the Top 5.
