Ratings: ABC’s “Quantico” Holds At Demo Low, Gains Viewers

While Sunday’s “Quantico” could not rise from a series low in adults 18-49, it did enjoy a gain in total live+same-day viewership.

Per final Nielsen data, this week’s “Quantico” drew a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating and 4.390 million total viewers.

Last week’s episode posted the same 1.2 in adults 18-49 but drew a total audience of only 4.072 million viewers.

A modest – if not disappointing – live+same-day performer, “Quantico” has been receiving significant upticks from time-shifted viewing. From a percentage standpoint, its live+7 gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership are among the best for any broadcast network program.

It remains to be seen whether ABC will account for that DVR interest when deciding the show’s fate.

— Earlier in the night, ABC offered “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (0.7, 4.416 million this week vs. 1.0, 5.358 million last week), “Once Upon A Time” (1.3, 4.561 million vs. 1.3, 4.379 million), and “Blood & Oil” (0.9, 3.234 million vs. 0.9, 3.203 million).
