Adele’s “25” Expected To Cross 5 Million US Sales This Week

When the December 4-December 10 tracking week commenced, Adele’s “25” boasted a US sales total of approximately 4.49 million.

By the time the tracking week ends, that total will likely exceed 5 million.

According to Hits Daily Double, “25” is expected to sell another 650,000 copies during its third week of release. Such a weekly total would bring the album’s cume comfortably past 5 million.

“25” will obviously earn a third week atop the Billboard Top Album Sales chart. Coldplay’s “A Head Full Of Dreams,” which represents the week’s hottest new release, is expected to sell fewer than 200,000 US copies this week.
