Adele’s “Hello” Remains #1 at Pop Radio, Hot AC Radio

Spun nearly 3,000 more times than the runner-up, Adele’s “Hello” easily earns a second week atop the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

It also spends a second week as hot adult contemporary radio’s #1 song.

The smash “25” single received ~18,924 pop spins during the November 22-28 tracking week. Up by 1,596 from last week’s count, the weekly tally comfortably positions “Hello” as the week’s number one song.

Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” which rises one place to #2, received a considerably lesser ~15,933 plays during the official tracking week (+91).

Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” (#3, -1 | ~15,314, -1,360), Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” (#4, = | ~13,872, -1,478), and Selena Gomez’ “Same Old Love” (#5, = | ~13,702, +1,583) complete the Top 5.

“Hello” concurrently received ~7,050 weekly spins at Hot AC (+285). While its margin of victory was not as significant as the pop lead, it still reigns as the format’s #1.

Elle King’s “Ex’s And Oh’s” holds at #2 on the strength of its ~6,597 spins (-82). Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” (#3, = | ~6,224, -156), Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend)” (#4, = | ~6,057, +35), and Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” (#5, = | ~5,973, +285) also hold tight this week.

— In addition to ruling at pop and Hot AC, “Hello” earns a third week at #1 on the adult contemporary chart and a fourth week at #1 on the Triple A radio listing.
