Adele’s “Hello” Officially Claims #1 On Hot AC Airplay Chart

Adele’s “Hello” is officially the #1 song on the Mediabase hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

Spun ~6,938 times during the November 15-21 tracking week (+780), “Hello” seizes the throne from Elle King’s “Ex’s And Oh’s.” The multi-format breakthrough slips to #2 on this week’s chart, courtesy its ~6,853 weekly spins (-24).

Taylor Swift’s former #1 “Wildest Dreams” dips one place to #3 (~6,562, -134), while Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend)” (#4, = | ~6,175, +200) and Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” (#5, = | ~5,839, +227) again complete the Top 5.

In reaching #1 at Hot AC, “Hello” is officially the reigning song at four formats. It concurrently reaches #1 at pop radio and had already reached the apex of the Triple A and adult contemporary charts.
