Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” Stays #1 at Pop Radio; Adele’s “Hello” Enters Top 5

Despite receiving fewer spins this week than it did last week, Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” remains the #1 song at pop radio.

Spun ~17,318 times during the November 8-14 tracking week (-552), the “Handwritten” single earns a second week atop the Mediabase pop airplay chart.

Taylor Swift’s former #1 “Wildest Dreams” hold steady at #2 on this week’s chart. It received ~16,159 spins during the official tracking period (-1,480).

Up two places, Drake’s “Hotline Bling” grabs #3 on the strength of its ~15,028 weekly spins (+1,475). Played ~13,704 times during the tracking week, Adele’s “Hello” rockets eight places to #4.

The Adele song’s spin count bests last week’s mark by a whopping 4,323 plays. That easily ranks as the pop format’s greatest weekly airplay gain.

Down two places, The Weeknd’s “The Hills” closes out the Top 5 at #5. It received ~13,357 weekly spins (-2,164).
