Comedy Central’s “Nathan For You” again enjoyed increases in adults 18-49 and total viewership.
Thursday’s episode, which was the fourth of the third season, posted a 0.26 adults 18-49 rating with 431,000 live+same-day viewers. Both numbers top those of the previous broadcast, which drew a 0.19 with 340,000 total audience members.
Since opening its third season with a soft 0.12 rating and 225,000 viewer mark on October 15, “Nathan For You” has enjoyed three straight week-over-week increases.
Entitled “Sporting Goods Store/Antique Shop,” Thursday’s episode saw Nathan introduce two business ideas. The first, designed to aid a sporting goods store, involved signing youth athletes to lifelong endorsement deals with the hope that they would eventually turn pro and thus become cheap, yet valuable brand ambassadors.
The second, designed to help a struggling antique store, attempted to leverage a “you break it, you buy it” policy to increase revenue. By staying open for 24 hours, the store would be more likely to attract drunk patrons from nearby bars, who would be more likely to accidentally break the fragile goods once inside.
