Ratings: The CW’s “iZombie” Stays At Demo Low This Week

The CW’s “iZombie” again posted unremarkable live+same-day ratings.

Tuesday’s episode, which was the third of the second season, posted a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating with 1.285 million viewers.

The adults 18-49 rating ties a series low; the viewership mark is series’ second-lowest on record.

Only last week’s episode, which posted the same 0.5 rating but reached 1.222 million viewers, garnered fewer live+same-day viewers.

Helping the “iZombie” cause is the fact that numerous CW shows have been struggling this season. “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” “Jane The Virgin” and “Reign” all delivered weaker numbers this past week, while “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals” posted numbers in the same general ballpark.

Critics of the recent performances, however, will note that “iZombie” is squandering a significant portion of its “The Flash” lead-in. The sophomore series comfortably ranks as The CW’s top-rated show.

Tuesday’s episode drew a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating with 3.469 million viewers (compared to a 1.4 with 3.491 million for last week’s episode).
