Demi Lovato’s “Confident” Reaches Pop Radio’s Top 25; Rudimental & Ed Sheeran Also Enter

The title track–and second single–from Demi Lovato’s “Confident” is now one of the Top 25 songs at pop radio.

Spun ~3,643 times during the October 11-17 tracking week (+1,655), “Confident” rises seven places to #23 on this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart.

The week-over-week gain of 1,655 ranks as this week’s fourth-greatest at pop radio. Only Taylor Swift’s #2 “Wildest Dreams” (+2,242), Drake’s #13 “Hotline Bling” (+2,032) and Justin Bieber’s #1 “What Do You Mean?” (+1,706) enjoyed greater weekly lifts.

“Confident” is the follow-up to Lovato’s “Cool For The Summer,” which peaked at #3 on the Mediabase pop chart.

— Also new to the weekly Top 25 is Rudimental’s “Lay It All On Me (featuring Ed Sheeran).” Up seven places, the song earns #24 on the strength of ~2,970 tracking week plays (+1,069).
