Hot 100: The Weeknd’s “The Hills” Stays #1; Drake’s “Hotline Bling” Ties Career High

Again the leader on the Billboard Hot 100, “The Hills” this week becomes The Weeknd’s longest-reigning #1 hit.

The song notches a fourth straight week atop the all-encompassing Hot 100 chart. That bests the three-week reign achieved by previous single — and first Weeknd #1 — “Can’t Feel My Face.”

“The Hills,” moreover, is enjoying its fourth consecutive week atop the Hot 100. “Face” reigned for three non-consecutive weeks.

While the chart is stationary at its peak, movement does occur at the #2 position. Drake’s “Hotline Bling” claims the runner-up spot this week. In doing so, it ties “Best I Ever Had” in becoming the artist’s highest-charting Hot 100 hit as a lead artist.

It has a strong chance of reaching the top spot in the coming weeks.

Also in the Top 10:

3) Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?”
4) Silento’s “Watch Me”
5) Fetty Wap’s “679”
6) The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face”
7) R. City’s “Locked Away (featuring Adam Levine)”
8) Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches”
9) Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams”
10) Selena Gomez’ “Good For You (featuring A$AP Rocky)”
