Drake’s “Hotline Bling” Reaches #1 at Urban Radio, Enters Top 20 at Pop Radio

Drake’s surging “Hotline Bling” reaches new peaks on Mediabase’s urban, rhythmic, and pop radio airplay charts.

Its urban peak is the highest position a song can possibly achieve: number one. Up two places, it reaches the chart’s top spot on the strength of its ~4,270 tracking week plays (+567).

“Hotline Bling” concurrently rises one place to #2 on the rhythmic airplay chart. It received ~6,927 spins during the October 4-10 tracking week.

That tally bests last week’s mark by a whopping 1,239 plays. No song enjoyed a greater weekly airplay gain at the rhythmic format.

“Hotline Bling” also enters the Top 20 on Mediabase’s pop listing. Up six places, “Hotline Bling” grabs #19 on the strength of its ~5,406 weekly plays (+1,641).
