Fast National Ratings: Episode three of ABC’s “The Muppets” suffered sizable losses in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

Per fast national data, Tuesday’s broadcast drew a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating with 4.845 million viewers. Both numbers markedly trail those of the previous week’s episode, which drew a 2.0 rating with 5.783 million viewers.

The week two numbers were themselves down significantly from those of the series premiere.

ABC’s other Tuesday night programming:
Fresh Off The Boat – 1.8 and 4.865 million vs. a 1.7 with 4.735 million last week
Agents of SHIELD – 1.6 and 4.281 million vs. a 1.7 with 4.902 million last week

==============

ABC’s “The Muppets,” which suffered a sharp second week drop, appears to have taken another tumble in week three.

Per metered market data, Tuesday’s “Muppets” drew a 3.3 overnight household rating. That trails the previous week’s 4.2 overnight household rating, which was down from the 5.8 posted by the series premiere.

While there is no guarantee “The Muppets” suffered similar weekly declines in adults 18-49 and total viewership, the sharp overnight fall foretells a fall – of some sort – in both columns.

ABC’s other Tuesday programming included “Fresh Off The Boat” (3.3 overnight household rating), “Agents of SHIELD” (2.9 overnight household rating) and a “Quantico” re-run (2.4 overnight household rating).

Adults 18-49 and total viewership data is due by 11:15AM.
