Ed Sheeran’s “Photograph” Holds #1 at Hot AC Radio, Andrew McMahon Goes Top 10

In addition to scoring a Top 5 position on this week’s pop airplay chart, Ed Sheeran’s “Photograph” earns a third straight week at #1 on the Mediabase hot adult contemporary listing.

The song’s latest Hot AC victory comes courtesy the song’s ~6,763 weekly spins. While that spin total trails last week’s mark by 12 spins, it still keeps “Photograph” comfortably positioned at #1.

The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face,” which rises one place into the runner-up spot, received ~6,202 spins during the September 6-12 tracking week (+202).

Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” (#3, -1), Fall Out Boy’s “Uma Thurman” (#4, =), and Walk The Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance” (#5, +1) complete the Top 5.

— This week’s Top 10 features a new addition in the form of Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness’ “Cecilia And The Satellite.” The song, which rises one place to #10, earned ~3,571 tracking week plays (+216).

Earlier this summer, “Cecilia And The Satellite” received support from the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program.
