Drake, Macklemore, Nelly, Alessia Cara Jump Into Rhythmic Radio’s Top 25;

Official radio singles from Drake, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Nelly & Jeremih, and Alessia Cara officially reach the Top 25 on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart.

Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” which received 1,426 plays during the August 30-September 5 tracking week, rockets twenty one places to #21 on this week’s listing.

Its spin count bests last week’s mark by a healthy 873 plays. Only two songs enjoyed greater weekly gains.

One of those songs is Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ “Downtown.” Spun 1,399 times during the official tracking week, it jumps twenty five places to #22 on the official rhythmic chart. This week’s spin count tops last week’s by a hefty 937 plays.

Nelly’s “The Fix (featuring Jeremih)” also reaches this week’s Top 25. Up eight places, it claims #23 on the strength of its 1,372 weekly plays (+408).

Alessia Cara’s “Here” claims the last available Top 25 slot. Spun 1,192 times during the official tracking week (+147), it rises three places to #25.
