Rita Ora’s “Body On Me,” Drake’s “Back to Back” Reach Top 25 at Rhythmic Radio

Powered by the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program, Rita Ora’s “Body On Me (featuring Chris Brown)” continues to soar up the Mediabase rhythmic radio airplay chart.

The song, which reached #31 on last week’s listing, rises to #24 on the latest chart. It received 1,339 plays during the August 23-29 tracking week (+413).

Drake’s “Back to Back” also reaches the Top 25 this week. Spun 1,212 times this week (+222), “Back to Back” rises four places to a new peak of #25.

While the Top 25 achievement is impressive, it is unclear how much higher “Back to Back” will go on the chart. Republic is now formally pushing Drake’s “Hotline Bling” to rhythmic radio; that push will surely siphon some momentum from his Meek Mill diss track.

Other movers at rhythmic radio:

— Alessia Cara’s “Here” (#28, +5 | 1,045, +238) and YG’s “Twist My Fingaz” (#30, +2 | 979, +92) reach the Top 30 this week.

— Nelly’s “The Fix (featuring Jeremih)” (#31, +10 | 964, +384), Post Malone’s “White Iverson” (#37, +16 | 656, +324), and Disclosure’s “Omen (featuring Sam Smith)” (#40, +3 | 594, +44) reach the Top 40.
