The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” Retains #1 at Pop, Rhythmic Radio

Whether one looks at Mediabase’s pop or rhythmic airplay chart, he will find The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” situated at the top.

The song extends its pop and rhythmic airplay reigns to 2 weeks and 5 weeks, respectively.

This week’s pop victory comes courtesy the song’s ~18,684 tracking week spins (+204). The total again allows it to edge OMI’s “Cheerleader,” which retains #2 on the strength of its ~18,078 weekly plays (-371).

Major Lazer’s “Lean On (featuring DJ Snake & MO)” (#3, +2 | ~14,786, +1,400), Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood (featuring Kendrick Lamar)” (#4, -1 | ~14,518, -1,422) and Selena Gomez’ “Good For You (featuring A$AP Rocky)” (#5, +1 | ~13,269, +1,397) complete the Top 5.

“Can’t Feel My Face” tops the rhythmic chart thanks to the ~6,457 plays it scored during the August 9-15 tracking week (-207).
