R. City & Adam Levine, Drake, Chris Brown Join Rhythmic Radio’s Top 40

Where isn’t R. City’s “Locked Away (featuring Adam Levine)” making upward moves.

The song, which reaches the Top 15 on this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart and the Top 30 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC listing, officially reaches the Top 40 on this week’s rhythmic breakdown.

Spun 823 times during the August 9-15 tracking week (+248), “Locked Away” rises nine places to #33 on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart.

“Locked Away” is one of three additions to the Top 40.

Also new to the mix is Drake’s “Back to Back.” The song, which received 774 weekly plays (+257), jumps nine places to #35 on this week’s listing.

Chris Brown’s “Liquor” joins the Top 40 at #39. Thanks to a weekly spin total of 628 (+132), it bests last week’s position by six places.
