Kaya Stewart’s “In Love With a Boy” Erupts as Pop Radio’s Most Added Song

Talk about making an impact.

Kaya Stewart’s “In Love With a Boy,” which formally went for pop radio adds this week, scored pickups from a healthy 85 Mediabase-monitored stations. It easily ranks as the week’s most added track.

Not large in quantity, the weekly adds list is rich with quality. Powerhouse pop stations like New York’s Z100 and Los Angeles’ 102.7 KIIS have fallen in love with “In Love with a Boy.”

The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face,” which topped last week’s add board, earns second-most added this week. It won support from an additional 66 stations.

Each picked up by 29 stations, Major Lazer’s “Lean On (featuring MØ and DJ Snake)” and Natalie La Rose’s “Around the World (featuring Fetty Wap)” tie for third-most added. Charlie Puth’s “Marvin Gaye (featuring Meghan Trainor)” and Silento’s “Watch Me,” which each received 20 adds, follow in a tie for fifth-most added.

Other notable pop options: Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” (19 adds, 7th-most added), Tori Kelly’s “Should’ve Been Us” (13 adds, 8th-most added), Omarion’s “Post to Be (featuring Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko)” (12 adds, 9th-most added), Jidenna’s “Classic Man” (11 adds, 10th-most added, tie) and Zedd’s “Beautiful Now (featuring Jon Bellion)” (11 adds, 10th-most added, tie).
