Despite featuring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and the lure of a season finale, Sunday’s “The Grace Helbig Show” suffered a week-over-week viewership loss.
It did, however, hold steady in the coveted adults 18-49 demographic.
Airing in its new 11PM timeslot, Sunday’s “Grace Show” season finale drew a 0.14 adults 18-49 rating with 243,000 viewers. Last week’s episode, which featured Jack Black, Adam Devine, Erin Foster and Sara Foster and represented the time period debut, posted the same 0.14 rating but reached a series high audience of 289,000.
This week’s episode was the third-most-watched on record. In addition to last week’s episode, it also trails the April 17 edition (262,000).
Of potential relevance is the fact that “Grace” lead-in “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” delivered weaker marks this week. Airing out of “Botched” rather than E! flagship “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” this week’s “Rich Kids” drew a 0.33 with 628,000 viewers.
Last week’s episode delivered a 0.40 adults 18-49 rating with 806,000 viewers.
Despite that decline, this week’s “Rich Kids” still represented a better lead-in than that which “Grace” typically received on Fridays.
