ABC’s “Galavant” Will Remain on Sunday, “Secrets and Lies” Heads to Wednesday

Slated to return at midseason, ABC’s comedy “Galavant” will again fill the Sunday at 8PM timeslot.

Like last year, its annual run will take place while usual timeslot occupant “Once Upon a Time” is on winter hiatus.

Not all returning midseason series will retain their 2014-15 timeslots.

After airing on Sundays this past spring, fellow returning freshman “Secrets and Lies” will shift to Wednesdays in 2016. It will air at 10PM when usual occupant “Nashville” embarks on its winter hiatus.

While only Juliette Lewis will be returning to “Secrets and Lies,” fellow anthology “American Crime” will apparently feature several first season actors in new roles (in the vein of “American Horror Story”). Since new ShondaLand drama “The Catch” will take over the Thursday at 10PM slot when “How To Get Away with Murder” wraps it abbreviated second season, “Crime” will shift to a new slot in 2016.
