Like his wife and fellow country superstar Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton spent time Friday working through his planned Academy of Country Music Awards performance.
Shelton, who is also co-hosting Sunday’s ceremony with Luke Bryan, rehearsed his performance Friday afternoon. Earlier in the day, he joined Bryan at a press conference in support of the eagerly anticipated event.
Owner of fourteen straight country radio number ones and a regular red chair on NBC’s “The Voice,” Shelton is one of country music’s biggest household names. Many of the other ones will also be taking the stage at Sunday’s show.
Taking place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and airing on CBS, 50th Annual ACM Awards ceremony commences at 8PM ET Sunday.
