Hot 100: Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” Goes Top 5, Walk the Moon Reaches Top 10

In reaching number one on this week’s Hot 100–and thus dethroning the long-reigning “Uptown Funk”–Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again (featuring Charlie Puth)” made itself the clear focal point of attention.

It is not, however, the only song to reach an important chart milestone this week. Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” and Walk the Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance” also vault into important segments of the chart.

For “Trap Queen,” this week brings an ascent into the Top 5. “Trap Queen” rises two places to a new peak of #4 on this week’s listing.

For “Shut Up and Dance,” a three place rise brings Top 10 status. Walk the Moon’s alternative crossover reaches to a new peak of #9 this week.

Not simply up on the overall Hot 100, “Shut Up” also rises on the key subcharts. It jumps six places to #4 on Digital Songs (136,000 sales), two places to #9 on Radio Songs (70 million impressions) and seventeen places to #26 on Streaming Songs (4.6 million US streams).
