Ratings: AMC’s “Better Call Saul” Rises Slightly for Season Finale

Heavy competition from the NCAA Men’s Basketball final did not prevent AMC’s “Better Call Saul” from enjoying a slight week-over-week ratings uptick.

Monday’s episode, which brought an end to the “Breaking Bad” spin-off’s inaugural season, drew a 1.19 adults 18-49 rating with 2.53 million viewers.

Still below average for the show–and shy of the numbers drawn by the March 23 episode–the finale’s adults 18-49 rating and viewership total best the series low marks delivered by the previous week’s installment.

That episode drew a 1.13 rating with 2.38 million viewers.

Consistently one of the top Monday cable performers in the adults 18-49 demographic, “Better Call Saul” has already been renewed for a second season.
