Ratings: “The Blacklist” Hits Series Low in Viewership

Despite intense timeslot competition, the latest edition of “The Blacklist” did not endure a decline in adults 18-49. It matched last week’s 1.7 rating.

It did, however, slip to a new series low in total viewership. Per final broadcast data, Thursday’s episode garnered an audience of 7.71 million.

The least-watched first-run episode on record, Thursday’s “The Blacklist” faced competition from CBS’ “Two and a Half Men” finale in addition to its usual opposition from ABC’s “Scandal.”

NBC led into “The Blacklist” with “The Slap” (0.8 rating, 3.96 million) and followed it with “Allegiance” (0.9 rating, 3.32 million viewers).
