Ratings: “Gotham” Hits Another Low, “Jane the Virgin” Rebounds

FOX’s “Gotham” and The CW’s “Jane the Virgin” both suffered ratings drops last week.

Only one bounced back this week.

After slipping to a series low 1.9 adults 18-49 rating with 5.79 million viewers last week, the FOX drama found a new bottom this Monday (at least as far as the fast nationals go). Per that fast national data, the latest “Gotham” scored a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating with 5.64 million viewers.

Lead-out “Sleepy Hollow” also took a hit. This week’s episode posted a 1.2 rating with 3.88 million viewers (compared to a 1.4 with 4.38 million last week).

Welcome in any circumstance, the gain enjoyed by this week’s “Jane the Virgin” is particularly impressive given that lead-in “The Originals” took a hit.

While the “TVD” spin-off was down to a 0.5 rating and 1.21 million viewers (versus a 0.7 with 1.47 million last week), “Jane” rose to a 0.6 with 1.36 million.

Last week’s installment managed a 0.5 with 1.24 million.
