On the heels of its first full week of availability, Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney’s “FourFiveSeconds” surges to #15 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The track rises thirty nine places from last week’s debut mark. In the process, it gives McCartney his highest-charting hit since “Spies Like Us” hit #7 in 1986.
Billboard credits the surge to an impressive showing on the Digital Songs and Radio Songs chart. “FourFiveSeconds” grabs #4 on the former courtesy its 138K weekly sales and #36 on the latter with 35 million weekly audience impressions.
Released this Tuesday, the “FourFiveSeconds” video is due to provide a healthy dose of streaming points. That should result in another strong showing on next week’s edition of the all-encompassing Hot 100.
