Hot 100: Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” Leads, Nick Jonas Hits New Peak

Not a one-week wonder, Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk (featuring Bruno Mars)” spends a second straight week atop the Billboard Hot 100.

Once again a hotter performer on the all-encompassing chart than Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space,” the Ronson track this week also rises to the top of the Streaming Songs chart. Per Billboard, it was the most-streamed song during the tracking week.

It also tops the On-Demand Songs chart.

Swift’s “Space,” which spent seven weeks on top, spends a second straight week in the number two position. Hozier’s “Take Me to Church” and Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” hold at #3 and #4, respectively.

Returning to the top five this week is Sam Smith’s “I’m Not the Only One.” And in reaching #5, it sends Meghan Trainor’s “Lips are Movin” down to #6.

In rising to #7 on the Hot 100 this week, Nick Jonas’ “Jealous” sets a new high mark for itself and outright becomes the second-highest-charting lead effort of his career. Jonas previously hit #5 as part of the Jonas Brothers’ “Burnin’ Up” and #8 on the act’s “Tonight.”

Ariana Grande & The Weeknd’s “Love Me Harder” returns to the top ten at #8, while Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off” and Meghan Trainor’s “All About That Bass” grab the final two respective spots of the top ten.
