Fall Out Boy’s “Centuries” Goes Top 20 on the Hot 100

Benefiting from exposure during Tuesday’s season seven “The Voice” finale and rising prominence at mainstream radio, Fall Out Boy’s “Centuries” rises to a new peak of #20 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The six position rise turns “Centuries” into the band’s seventh top twenty hit. It previously reached that region of the chart with “Sugar, We’re Going Down,” “Dance, “Dance,” “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race,” Thnks fr th Mmrs,” “Beat it (featuring John Mayer)” and “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up).”

Save for Matt McAndrew’s “Wasted Love,” which debuts at #14, “Centuries” is the only new addition to the weekly top twenty. McAndrew, the runner-up on this season’s “The Voice,” joined Fall Out Boy for last week’s performance.

Other moves between #21 and #40:

— Craig Wayne Boyd’s “My Baby’s Got a Smile on Her Face” starts at #34.

— Milky Chance’s “Stolen Dance” rises three places to a new peak of #39.
