Cole Swindell’s “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey” is Country’s Most-Added Song (Updated)

Here’s something that is worth the whiskey (and champagne): Cole Swindell’s new single is country radio’s most-added song.

According to Mediabase, Swindell’s “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey” scored 40 monitored adds in conjunction with its official impact this week. That total narrowly bests the count for The Swon Brothers’ “Pray for You,” which also scored 39 adds in conjunction with its own impact this week.

Other hot options for radio programmers included Florida Georgia Line’s “Sun Daze” (3rd-most-added, 37 adds), Dustin Lynch’s “Hell of a Night” (4th, 28 adds) and Toby Keith’s “Drunk Americans” (5th, 22 adds).

“Whiskey” is the follow-up to Swindell’s “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight,” which reached #1 on the country airplay chart several weeks ago. It is the third single released from Swindell’s self-titled studio debut.

“Pray for You” follows The Swons’ top fifteen hit “Later On.”
