Update: Episode two of “Marry Me” drew a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating with 5.61 million viewers. Last week’s premiere drew a 2.3 rating with 7.5 million viewers.

NBC’s other Tuesday programming included “The Voice” (3.3, 11.95 million), “About a Boy” (1.4, 4.63 million) and “Chicago Fire” (1.9, 7.45 million).

========

After scoring a respectable sampling last week, NBC’s “Marry Me” took a tumble in week two–at least as far as the overnight metered market numbers are concerned.

Tuesday’s episode, which again received coveted lead-in support from “The Voice,” drew a 4.2 overnight household rating. While that could still translate into an acceptable adults 18-49 number, it represents a week-over-week decline of 25% from last week’s 5.6.

“About a Boy,” which followed, slipped by 21% to a 3.3.

Earlier in the night, NBC aired this season’s final “The Voice” battles. The hourlong episode drew a 7.8 overnight household rating. NBC closed its Tuesday with “Chicago Fire” (4.6).
