Train’s “Cadillac, Cadillac” is Hot AC’s Most-Added, OneRepublic Follows

After claiming second place last week, Train’s “Cadillac, Cadillac” rises to the top of the hot adult contemporary add board.

According to Mediabase, the follow-up to “Angel in Blue Jeans” garnered support from 13 monitored stations to rank as the format’s most-added song this week. Already up to #36 on the rolling airplay chart, “Cadillac” will leverage the adds to make a further dent in the hot adult contemporary landscape.

Close behind this week is OneRepublic’s “I Lived,” which picks up support from twelve monitored stations. The track is already up to #24 on the airplay chart.

Gwen Stefani’s comeback single “Baby Don’t Lie” and Ingrid Michaelson’s “Afterlife” split third place honors with eleven adds each. Fall Out Boy’s “Centuries,” Hozier’s “Take Me to Church” and Sam Smith’s “I’m Not the Only One” follow in a three-way-tie for fifth place. Each song scored 9 adds this week.

Ella Henderson’s “Ghost” and Nico and Vinz’ “In Your Arms” share eighth-most-added honors with eight adds a piece, while Milky Chance’s “Stolen Dance” and Nickelback’s “What Are You Waiting For” lock up in tenth place with six each.

Scars on 45’s “Crazy for You,” which impacted the format this week, had a soft launch with just 2 adds.
