The program that brought game-changing exposure to Sam Hunt’s soon-to-be #1 “Leave the Night On” and Dustin Lynch’s former #1 “Where it’s At” is poised to work its magic on RaeLynn’s “God Made Girls.”
iHeartRadio today announced that “God Made Girls,” which is already #34 on Mediabase’s country airplay chart, is the latest selection for its “On the Verge” program.
“Girls” takes over for Chase Bryant’s “Take it On Back,” which enjoyed a surge to #19 courtesy the program’s boost.
Per a Washington Post profile, “On the Verge” selections receive a minimum of 150 spins from iHeartMedia’s radio stations within a given genre. “God Made Girls” will therefore receive significant, guaranteed exposure on some of country radio’s largest and most powerful stations.
Prior to scoring attention for her “God Made Girls” and previous single “Boyfriend,” RaeLynn competed on season two of NBC’s “The Voice.” She has a featured credit on “Buzzin’,” a tune that appears on her “Voice” coach Blake Shelton’s latest album.
