Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett in Tight Album Sales Race with Kenny, Barbra

All of a sudden, it is a three way race.

According to the latest estimates from Hits Daily Double, Kenny Chesney’s new “The Big Revival,” Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga’s new “Cheek to Cheek” and Barbra Streisand’s holdover “Partners” are all on track for a weekly sales total of 120-125,000.

The three albums all, therefore, have a shot at claiming the #1 position on the Billboard 200 chart.

Earlier this week, forecasts revealed that Kenny Chesney’s album was tracking to lead the race with sales of 125-130,000. “Cheek to Cheek” looked good for 115-125,000, while Streisand’s chart-topping “Partners” was pacing for third place with sales of 105-115,000.

That slight separation no longer exists.

Other top sellers this week will be alt-J’s “This is All Yours” (60-65,000) and Pentatonix’s “PTX, Volume III” (45-50,000).
