Dustin Lynch Hits #1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart

While Kenny Chesney’s “American Kids” claimed the top spot on Mediabase’s weekly country airplay chart, Dustin Lynch’s “Where it’s At (Yep, Yep)” will not exit the week without a number one of its own.

The song, which is #2 on Mediabase, claims the #1 spot on Billboard’s audience-driven Country Airplay chart.

In seizing the throne from Chesney’s “Kids,” which ruled on last week’s edition of the Billboard chart, “Where it’s At” becomes the most successful release of Lynch’s career. The country artist previously reached #2 on the Country Airplay meter with “Cowboys and Angels.”

Other notables this week on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart:

— Jason Aldean’s “Burnin’ it Down” is the week’s greatest gainer. It hits #7.

— Easton Corbin’s “Baby Be My Love Song” lands at #53 to rank as the week’s top debut. Other debuts include Kelleigh Bannen’s “You Are What You Love” (#59) and Josh Turner’s “Lay Low” (#60).
