Ratings: FX’s “Tyrant” Finale Down in Demo, Up in Viewers

FX’s freshman drama “Tyrant” concluded its inaugural season with a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating and 1.52 million viewers. While the demo rating was down a tenth from last week’s mark, viewership climbed from last week’s 1.45 million average.

While not a ratings blockbuster, “Tyrant” was a remarkably stable performer throughout its inaugural set of ten episodes. Every episode has garnered either a 0.5 or 0.6 rating in the adults 18-49 demographic.

Viewership, while not quite as impressively stable, has also been reasonably consistent. Save for the premiere, which drew a series high 2.10 million million viewers, every episode has attracted an audience between 1.34 million and 1.70 million (and between 1.38 million and 1.57 million with those two additional outliers removed).

FX has yet to comment on the show’s future.
