You knew it was coming. The Chainsmokers’ viral, comedy sensation “#SELFIE” has officially ascended into the top ten on iTunes.
Since breaking out as a popular video and streaming option earlier this year, the EDM tune has been steadily gaining sales traction at the leading digital music store. Currently number eight on the overall iTunes single sales chart, it will likely go higher before it goes lower.
The song, which started at #55 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, is also expected to gain ground on that chart.
