“Behind the Candelabra” Leads Golden Globes Miniseries/Movie Race

As the two hour mark approaches, NBC’s Golden Globes ceremony has officially closed out another awards category.

That category, too, falls under the television umbrella.

In handing out the award to Michael Douglas (“Behind the Candelabra”) for Best Actor, the Golden Globes ceremony has officially exhausted the TV Miniseries or Film trophy supply.

Earlier in the night, “Behind the Candelabra” beat out “American Horror Story: Coven,” “Top of the Lake,” “Dancing on the Edge” and “The White Queen” to win Best TV Miniseries or Film.

Elisabeth Moss won the Best Actress award for her work in “Top of the Lake,” while “Dancing on the Edge” actress Jacqueline Bisset brought the Supporting Actress trophy into the TV Miniseries or Film realm.
