NBC confirmed two very well-liked–and very different–musical guests for upcoming “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” episodes.
The release, issued Monday, reveals that alt-rock act Mazzy Star and original “American Idol” winner Kelly Clarkson will play on the two Thanksgiving Week Shows.
Mazzy Star, which recently released “Seasons of the Day,” its first studio album in seventeen years, will perform on the Monday, November 25 show. Kelly Ripa and Giovanni Ribisi serve as interviewees, while Jake Clemons sits in with The Roots.
Clarkson, whose Christmas album “Wrapped in Red” released last month, performs on the Tuesday show. Josh Hutcherson and Budd Friedman will sit beside host Jimmy Fallon’s desk.
