NBC’s “Dracula” Ratings Crash, “Grimm” Also Slides

What looked promising two weeks ago is already looking rather bleak.

The one-two punch of “Grimm” and “Dracula” is seriously lacking impact.

Leading out of “Dateline” (1.0 adults 18-49 rating, 5.60 million viewers), NBC’s often reliable Friday player “Grimm” traded away 13% of last week’s number for a 1.3 with 4.94 million. Not expected to contend with ABC’s 9PM timeslot leader “Shark Tank” (2.0, 7.25 million), the series also lost a surprising demo battle to CBS’ “Hawaii 5-0” (1.4, 9.39 million).

“Dracula,” meanwhile, already looks like a dud for the network. The new series slipped to just a 1.0 rating with 2.99 million viewers for its third episode. The victor in its timeslot two weeks ago, “Dracula” was a convincing third place among the three major networks this week.
