WWE Diva Avoids “Future Endeavors,” Only Faces Suspension After Arrest

For the time being, WWE Diva Ariane “Cameron” Andrew can breathe a sigh of relief.

No, she will not emerge from the widely-publicized DUI arrest and alleged bribery attempt unscathed, but the present indication is that she will keep her job with World Wrestling Entertainment.

Multiple sources said Sunday that Cameron, who did not work two nights of the Australian tour, will serve a fifteen day suspension, scheduled for expiration on September 14. A suspension is never good, but given the fear that she was going to be fired–one that she, herself, apparently expressed when allegedly offering a police officer $10,000 to walk away from the arrest–it is certainly not the worst scenario.

In addition to general heat over publicity for a drunk driving arrest, Cameron also subject herself to WWE scrutiny by not informing officials of the situation prior to its media dissemination.
