Original WWE Nexus member Michael Tarver, who was released by WWE eariler this summer, posted a lengthy Twitter stream that accused John Cena of deliberately injuring his harm before apparently playing a part in getting him fired.
After explaining the hardships he faced and motivation for reaching his dream job in WWE, all in the third person, Tarver writes, “[He ends up] on nxt and raw where he is burried on tv treated like trash back stage to the point where a certain top superstar takes notice of this Guy building steam with his promos back stage and begins to feel threatend so one night on a ppv the champ purposely fractures this Persons arm with a chair and after.the match backstage laughs in his face about it and walks off.”
In case there were doubt he was talking about Cena, he adds, “You know im talking about you just cant see See him.”
Update – In the wake of media coverage, Tarver later clarifies his claim, explaining, “It was a ppv when he hit myself and otunga with multiple chair shots that we didnt know were coming and one was aimed for my head so I out my arm up to protect myself and the chair caught my arm and fractured it but I kept working if you notice the raw when the nexus had a guantlet against cena I had alot more tape on my left arm because it was fractured and I didnt know it yet for sure along with a slew of injuries I was working on but im a machine.”
He adds that Cena carries the backstage influence to get “threats to his throne” fired from WWE.
Tarver notes, “Anyway he takes out threats to his throne back stage to the point where the even get released from their dream job.”
Tarver, nonetheless, conveys his respect for Cena’s “grind” and his enjoyment for WWE.
“I actually enjoyed being with wwe and working with the champ,” writes Tarver. “I said before I dont like john cena but I respect his grind besides if your just a fan you dont know anything but what you see on tv.”
