Brock Lesnar, Undertaker UFC 121 Confrontation Fuels Wrestling Rumors

WWE Superstar The Undertaker’s presence was not his only involvement at Saturday’s UFC 121 pay-per-view. Following the main-event, ‘Taker also had an encounter with defeated former UFC Champion Brock Lesnar, and the encounter is fueling rumors about a pro wrestling angle.

During an interview with MMAFighting’s Ariel Helwani, Undertaker made eye contact with a defeated Brock Lesnar, who was walking to the back following his loss to Cain Velasquez.

Lesnar returned the stare, at which point, Undertaker asked, “You wanna do it?” Lesnar held the stare for a minute and then walked away.

Undertaker would only confirm to Helwani that the issue was “personal.”

The general belief right now is that WWE wants to book Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar for WrestleMania this year. While F4WOnline.com says that no deal is in place and most do not believe UFC would be on board with the cross-promotion, there is no indication that Undertaker was working for anything other than a match with the former WWE Superstar.

A later update confirmed that WWE has indeed offered the match to Lesnar.
