WWE Announcer On Summerslam Surprises, DX, Kane, Undertaker

— In interviews with UK media outlets The Star and Nottingham Newspaper, WWE Superstar Kane put over fellow big man The Undertaker. Taker, set to return to WWE television very shortly, is headlining WWE’s “Rest in Peace” tour in the United Kingdom this November.

Regarding Summerslam, in the Nottingham interview, Kane named Randy Orton vs. John Cena and Chris Jericho and Big Show vs. Cryme Tyme (written as “Prime Time”) as the matches to watch.

— Noting the numerous high-profile WWE names absent from the WWE Summerslam card, WWE announcer Jim Ross teased surprise appearances on the Sunday pay-per-view.

“Many young talents who have been doing well lately (Morison, Harts, Kofi, etc) are not officially on the card,” wrote Ross in his latest blog. “Could that mean that some will make surprise cameos or even larger roles?”

He also expressed excitement about Shawn Michaels’ in-ring return and hinted at a “spectacular presentation” for the DX duo.
