“Entourage” star Jeremy Piven went to Twitter with his first comments on Monday’s episode of RAW.
“WWE couldn’t have been a better experience, great group of guys and total pros,” said Piven, who served as the celebrity guest host.
In an appearance that boasted an opening segment flub in which Piven referred to WWE’s Summerslam event as “Summerfest,” Piven ended up getting in the ring–as a heel–to fail in a crossbody attempt on John Cena. “Dr. Ken” Jeong, who appears with Piven in “The Goods,” joined the Emmy winner as a sidekick.
— While it remains to be seen how much written mainstream publicity Piven’s appearance, which has been scorned by wrestling critics, will generate, he did attract much more attention from wire photographers than any past RAW guest host, including Shaquille O’Neal.
