Wrestlers Complain About Top WWE Official

A report in the PWTorch.com Newsletter says that WWE Talent Relations VP John Laurinaitis is on the receiving end of heat from several WWE wrestlers.

Complaints include allegations that Laurinaitis does not live up to discussed terms when negotiating contracts with talent. Specifically, the Torch notes that one wrestler “swears that he and Laurinaitis agreed to a specific merchandise percentage,” yet when the official WWE contract came, the percentage was lower. Laurinaitis reportedly would not make changes to the stipulated percentage, even after assuring the wrestler that if he signed, the merchandise figure would be corrected.

Multiple other wrestlers have cited similar experiences with Laurinaitis. Laurinaitis’ side of the story was not presented in the PWTorch.com Report.
