Though Batista’s reported biceps tear, which sources say requires surgery this week, was the talk of the wrestling world due to its implication on RAW’s main-event storyline, he is not the only main-eventer to experience an injury.
A post made on his girlfriend Beth Britt’s twitter reveals that Jeff Hardy suffered an injured shoulder and a broken finger during his ladder match at last night’s WWE Extreme Rules. The injuries do not appear particularly serious–Hardy is not expected to miss time–and are an expected casualty of ladder matches.
