ABC will be broadcasting two Disney Parks holiday specials this year.<\/p>\n
The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration,” the first, will air from 9-11PM ET\/PT on November 30. <\/p>\n
Entitled “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration,” the second special will air on Christmas morning (December 25).<\/p>\n
In addition to announcing the specials, ABC revealed that Nick Lachey and Julianne Hough will be appearing as co-hosts. Jesse Palmer will be appearing in a co-hosting capacity.<\/p>\n

November 30 Special<\/b>
\n– Ciara performs a joyful Christmas medley from Cinderella Castle.
\n– Grammy Award-winning country artist Darius Rucker sings \u201cWinter Wonderland.\u201d
\n– Multiplatinum-selling group Fifth Harmony sings \u201cCan You See,\u201d from \u201cThe Star\u201d soundtrack, plus \u201cThe Christmas Song.\u201d
\n– Fitz and the Tantrums performs their platinum-certified hit, \u201cHandClap,\u201d in addition to their original Christmas song, \u201cSanta Stole My Lady.\u201d
\n– Multi-Grammy-nominated trio, Hanson, will light up the night singing \u201cFinally It\u2019s Christmas,\u201d from their recently released Christmas album.
\n– In Real Life, the only boy band in history voted together by America, will sing \u201cI\u2019ll Be Home for Christmas.\u201d
\n– Multiplatinum powerhouse Jason Derulo performs \u201cThis Christmas.\u201d
\n– Emmy-nominated actress and singer Lea Michele joins the festivities with \u201cBaby It\u2019s Cold Outside.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n– Jason Derulo sings \u201cSilent Night\u201d from Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Resort.

\n– 98\u00b0 heats things up with their new song, \u201cSeason of Love,\u201d from \u201cLet It Snow,\u201d their first full-length Christmas album in 18 years.
