“SouthLAnd” is still well below the threshold of success for a series of its nature, but its ratings improved slightly for Tuesday’s episode.<\/p>\n
The episode, which featured a major character’s death in the final minutes, drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating with 2.20 million viewers. Up 4% in total viewers, the adults 18-49 rating improved by a tenth.<\/p>\n
And though the increase over last week’s performance is minor, the show has rebounded from the low 0.6 with 1.64 million viewers it posted on January 11.<\/p>\n
BET’s revived “The Game,” meanwhile, continued its decline from the massive January 11 premiere. After dipping notably from a 3.6 with 7.68 million viewers to a 2.8 with 5.94 million viewers last week, the former CW property fell again to a 2.3 with 4.65 million viewers.
