Dua Lipa’s momentum-rich “New Rules” earns a spot on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 chart.<\/p>\n

The chart, which spent the past two weeks on the Bubbling Under Hot 100, earns #90 on this week’s edition of the actual Hot 100.<\/p>\n

The Hot 100 ranks songs based on combined activity from sales, streams and radio airplay. “New Rules” is beginning to gain traction on all three fronts.<\/p>\n

“New Rules” is the artist’s third song to reach the Hot 100.
